Commenting on the DUP threat to refuse to participate in the June 10th talks unless the Stormont Forum meets first, Sinn Fein Chairperson Mitchel McLaughlin said:
``This is an obvious example of how this elective process and Forum will be used, not as an entry into negotiations as claimed, but instead as a way to stall them.
``The priority is the commencement of real negotiations through all-party talks.''
