The conference will be held in the Hillgrove Hotel, Monaghan Town and will open to the media from 9.30am till lunchtime.

Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams will use the opportunity to give a considered response to the speech given by British Prime Minister, Tony Blair in Belfast last week. Mr. Adams is expected to deliver his response at approximately 10.30am.
