Advancing the All Ireland Agenda

Sinn Fein will hold an internal party conference on Advancing the All Ireland Agenda on Friday 22nd February in the Ardboyne Hotel in Navan.

Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams will be available for interview at 2pm.

Speaking ahead of the conference Sinn Fein Deputy Chief Whip, Newry Armagh MLA Conor Murphy said:

``Sinn Fein Activists from all across Ireland and from all levels of the party are meeting to discuss how we advance our All Ireland agenda within the context of the structures arising from the Good Friday Agreement.

``We have already begun to outline our route map towards the re-unification of Ireland. How we approach the work of the All Ireland Implementation Bodies and the areas of agreed co-operation arising from the GFA are fundamental to that process.

`` Sinn Fein is looking at how we can maximise the All Ireland potential of the Good Friday Agreement and the structures it created.'' ENDS
