Sinn Fein MP to visit Dublin West

'Bertie Bowl' extravagance ignores community needs

Sinn Fein MP for Fermanagh/South Tyrone Michelle Gildernew will be in Dublin on Friday 18th January to join the party's general election candidate in Dublin West Mary Lou McDonald on the campaign trail. While in the constituency Ms. Gildernew will launch a campaign calling for investment in amenities for children and youth in Dublin West. The campaign is in response to the lack of investment in facilities in neighbourhoods adjacent to the proposed site for the "Bertie Bowl".

Ms Gildernew will be available to talk to the media at 11.30AM in the Blakestown Resource Centre, Blanchardstown.

Itinerary

10am - Visit community creche - Corduff Park

10.30am - Corduff Community Centre

11.30am - Launch Health Campaign - Blakestown Community Centre

12.30pm - Meet local youth and sporting groups

3pm - Visit to Coolmine drugs clinic
