PSNI in black propaganda exercise

Speaking from London, enroute to the USA this morning, Sinn Fein's Martin McGuinness MP said:

``Recent briefings by PSNI sources, including Alan McQuillan, are the work of unreconstructed RUC elements in the PSNI. It is motivated by resentment of the changes that have already taken place and attempts to prevent the change that has to come. ``The effect of this anti Sinn Fein agenda by the PSNI is to undermine the already low confidence through weak leadership in the unionist community. It also threatens the very existance of the political institutions.''
