Garvaghy Road spokesperson, Councillor Breandán Mac Cionnaith, attacked in Bray, Co Wicklow, hotel by loyalists
Sinn Fein has said that the attack on the Garvaghy Road residents' spokesperson, Councillor Breandán Mac Cionnaith, in a Bray, County Wicklow, hotel on Friday night by loyalists from County Armagh ``shows the sort of blind and vicious sectarian bigotry that Portadown nationalists have to endure every day''.
Sinn Fein Ard Chomhairle spokesperson, South Dublin County Councillor Seán Crowe, added:
``This attack on Breandán Mac Cionnaith by loyalist thugs, motivated by the ongoing Orange Order `Siege of Drumcree', is a shocking illustration to people outside Portadown of what nationalists there have to put up with.''
