    Demilitarisation

  1. Support the motion   Oppose the motion

That this Ard Fheis commits itself to a structured campaign on the issue of demilitirisation given the adverse effect of a continuing British military occupation on the quality of life of both rural and urban dwellers and the particular financial hardships endured by the farming community.

    Newry/South Armagh Comhairle Ceantair

  2. Support the motion   Oppose the motion

That this Ard Fheis calls for demilitirisation by the British throughout the Six Counties. A first step which could be taken immediately, would be to start the engine of the British Naval vessel on Carlingford Lough, point it in the direction of the Welsh coast and give it full throttle.

    Cumann Seán Campbell, North Louth
