    In order to be non-partitionist any future settlement must involve cross-border regional authorities along the lines of those proposed in Sinn Fein's regional policy submission at the talks process in London.

    That if an agreement is reached at the current talks process an extraordinary Ard Fhéis will be called to endorse or reject that agreement.

    That this Ard Fhéis mandates the incoming Ard Chomhairle to ensure that any settlement agreed at the multi-party talks which the Sinn Fein team of negotiators recommends the party to endorse be put to a convened extraordinary Ard Fhéis for ratification or rejection.
